Winorama requests verification when account activity or legal compliance triggers an identity check; the review can start right after login or when you try to use restricted functions.
- When verification is needed: During registration data mismatches, first withdrawal request, large deposit or withdrawal, change of personal details (name, address, phone, email), payment method change, failed login attempts or unusual location/device sign-in, or when anti-fraud rules flag the account.
